POPUPREVOLUTION: turned on to make popart really close to all.

POPUPREVOLUTION is a new movement / current of contemporary pop art that is emerging in Italy and whose the pop japan, for example by Tomoko Nagao art, is one of major player.
Tomoko Nagao Artworks

I am one of the founders, with a group of curators and artists, we turned on , in order to make the art pop really close to all that is called "Popular" but for the arts market worldwide is remained for a few.

Italy is at a standstill for a long time, from the '60s, as current or aggregation of aesthetic cultural artists and curators of new arts movements.
new energy are upcoming now, a new wind is rising.

till now only single cases have been recently established and you should know that painting and visual art in general are old and self-referential, even to all europe.

I'll talk about this, I will show how the "contemporary pop art" called POPUPREVOLUTION, but not only,  can no longer do without these cultures, japan pop, kawaii, superflat or Micropop players,

here is writing  #nipposuggestioni of which is an important voice of this popup art revolution.

Other Italians artists or based in italy, of GLOCAL vocation,  are mesmerized by the cultures involved from Manga, Anime and by the wave triggered by Kawaii- pop Japan.
they recognize well how much powerfull is the japanese pop. even towards the interpretation or readapting of the core message related it.
These are some examples: Felipe Cardena and Ataru Max Ferrigno, the street artist Pao.

Will you prepare in 2030? the date for which official approval is expected to overtake the U.S. and Anglo-Saxon arts cultures.

Kimbei & the Italian Venetian Photographers

Kimbei & the Italian Venetian Photographers: The worship of the image of the late Edo Period, till the today's japonism imaginary.

Photographer Kusakabe #Kimbei, one of the most accomplished Japanese photographers of his time, operated a studio in #Yokohama from the early 1880s until 1913. Kusakabe Kimbei worked with #FeliceBeato and #Baron Raimund von Stillfried as a #photographic #colourist and assistant before opening his own workshop in Yokohama in 1881 in the #Bentendori quarter, began with Felix Beato, Adolfo Farsari and Von Stillfried. 2 Italians are masters of the contemporary japanese photographic.

An awesome culture of images still effective for today's anime and manga,  the beginning of pop mood we are able to find out such a poetry images, for business of Photography, and from 1889 operating in the #Honmachi quarter. He also opened a branch in the #Ginza quarter of #Tokyo.

POP GROTESQUE! A Photography by Kusakabe Kimbei (日下部 金兵衛) #japanesephotography #photoart #photographs #igersjp #edoperiod #masterphotographer

Like postcards (or instagram wall) today, his work was collected by tourists and exported for sale as curiosities to those who could not visit Japan.

As the protégé of von Stillfried, Kusakabe Kimbei continued the tradition of the #psychological studio #portrait and recorded scenic views of the country while he developed his own Japanese sense of photography.
I am proud and surprise during my researching to find the italian influence for one of the most important and beautyful culture of photography and generally of the aesthetic sense of images reproduced.

INBE KAWORI: "Suburbia, Kigurumi e Hikikomori RITORNANO SULLA LUNA"

Time to go back...to the moon”  ,

Inbe dice di questa pubblicazione:” I present the internal world of women through the portrait. I seek thoughts and lives from general women by listening to their stories. I project what I have absorbed by taking inspiration from the core that builds them ; self-consciousness, complexity, despair, anger, pleasure and grief. I focus on personal matters, but their communities are our society. I see our society through the sentiments of women”.

Inbe Kawori (インベカヲリ) é Nata a Tokyo, Giappone, nel 1980

I was born in Tokyo Jyapan in 1980.
I began to take a photograph in 2000.
I get to know how to take a photograph by self-education.
I am not learning in the school of a photograph and fine arts.
.....About photograph
I am taking the female photograph.
My interest is "how you are different" compared with people.
Distortion produces people in the process which makes a living.
- What did you experience, what consider and how cope with the problem?
I think that it is individuality.
I want a tale in their life.
I am imagining their past and the present, and the future.
And an inspiration is obtained and the photograph is taken.
Since it is adapted for society, people hide truth.
A visible figure is not necessarily real.
Therefore, I am taking a photograph and want to approach with reality people.
I mention the personal problem which they have.
And I am looking at society from there.

Contemporary Art is the most Fashionable Fashion

BOTH!

Takashi Murakami Per LV - moodboard-

eng: when contemporary art is the most fashionable fashion. artists and designers creator-creator approach and the differences become narrower.
here is 2 good example,

1st comes from the philanthropist Damien Hirst, here #butterflies, #beetles, insects Mandala for #AlexanderMcQueen
& 2nd from the great Otaku Takashi Murakami for LV #takashimurakami #louisvuitton
